An ongoing free tier for building and testing your business.
Start a free accountNo standard one-time paid lifetime plan is listed on the current official pricing page.
Paid plans use monthly or annual subscriptions. A free account does not guarantee every future feature forever.
The free plan includes the main tools for an online business: sales funnels, email marketing, a website builder, online course hosting, and marketing automation. We checked the free plan in our Systeme.io account on 2 October 2026. Here are the limits.
| Resource | Free allowance |
|---|---|
| Contacts | 2,000 |
| Sales funnels | 3 |
| Funnel steps | 15 total |
| Blogs / courses / websites | 1 each |
| Custom domains | 1 |
| Automation rules / workflows | 1 each |
| Tags / email campaigns | 1 each |
| Students | 500 |
| Automated webinars | Not included |
Our verdict: the free plan is a practical starting point for your first course. With one hosted course and capacity for 500 students, you can test your lessons and build an audience before paying for a subscription.
A simple lead magnet funnel can use a landing page and a thank-you page. Add an email campaign to introduce your offer, then track contacts in the dashboard. These pages count toward the 15-step allowance.
You can also create one online course, organise lessons into modules, and publish a small website or blog. A course information page is simply a webpage; it does not use another hosted-course slot.
The drag-and-drop editor lets you customise a template without coding. A Systeme.io subdomain allows you to publish without first buying a separate domain. If you connect your own custom domain, its registration is a separate expense.
Unlimited email sending is different from unlimited subscribers. The free tier still limits contacts, automation, workflows, and campaigns. Plan your customer journey around the resources you have.
Search results sometimes call the free plan a “lifetime deal” or “free forever” offer. That describes an ongoing $0 account, not a paid lifetime licence. The standard paid pricing structure is subscription-based.
A one-time paid lifetime deal would need explicit official terms stating the payment, included features, limits, and duration. Do not assume an affiliate page or an old coupon article grants lifetime access to Startup, Webinar, or Unlimited features.
For current subscription prices, use our Systeme.io pricing comparison. For the annual discount calculation, use the discount guide. Annual billing reduces the equivalent cost; it is still a recurring annual plan.
Upgrade when a real limit stops your work: more than 2,000 contacts, more funnels or steps, another course, or a more complex automation workflow. More features do not automatically produce more sales.
Before upgrading, check whether unused funnel steps or duplicate resources can be simplified. Keep backups of useful content. Choose monthly billing if you need flexibility, or compare annual savings if you expect to use the plan for a year.
The Startup plan is $17 per month; Webinar is $47 and Unlimited is $97. Our pricing page shows the annual bill and equivalent monthly savings without presenting a coupon code as necessary.
No. The official pricing page offers an ongoing free plan. You can start without choosing a paid subscription. Account use remains subject to the platform’s terms and current limits.
Yes. The official platform and funnel-builder certification courses are free. Our Systeme.io course guide explains which course to start with and how to get certified.
No. Automated webinars and larger resource allowances require appropriate paid plans. For a first course or a simple lead-generation funnel, we recommend starting free and upgrading when you need more capacity.
This is an independent affiliate guide. We do not issue Systeme.io subscriptions, coupon codes, or lifetime licences. Use the official site to verify any offer before paying.
Systeme.io's free plan lets you connect the essentials without buying separate software subscriptions for your first project. The strongest starting point is a small, testable offer: one lead magnet, one email sequence and one online course. Focus on making that journey work before creating more assets.
Choose one audience and a useful lead magnet.
Create your landing page and thank-you page.
Add one campaign and an automation rule.
Check delivery and course access as a subscriber.
Use one of your 3 sales funnels for a lead magnet. A two-step funnel leaves room in the 15 total funnel steps for a sales page and checkout later. Use one tag to group interested contacts, one workflow for the basic follow-up and your single email campaign for welcome messages. If a customer buys, test the access settings for your hosted online course before promoting it.
The plan includes unlimited email sends, but only 2,000 contacts. It also includes an affiliate program, so you can explore affiliate marketing without a separate affiliate-management subscription. A custom domain can make the project look more established, although buying the domain is a separate expense. Your Systeme.io subdomain works for an initial launch.

The free tier is for a manageable first project. A paid plan is useful when your business needs exceed its limits, rather than simply because a larger pricing plan looks impressive. The Startup plan provides 5,000 contacts, 10 funnels, 5 courses and more automation capacity. The Webinar plan adds evergreen webinars and higher allowances. The Unlimited plan suits larger resource requirements.
Automated webinars are not included free. If a scheduled evergreen webinar is central to your sales process, compare the Webinar plan with your actual requirements. Unlimited funnels are part of the Unlimited tier; do not treat a free account as unlimited access to every marketing feature.
The free account has no bill. For paid tiers, monthly billing offers lower upfront spending, while annual billing offers a lower equivalent cost over a year. Our Systeme.io pricing comparison lists the actual bills and savings. Annual billing is still a subscription, not a lifetime purchase.
Yes, plan changes are possible. Upgrade from your account settings when you need more capacity. To downgrade, contact support and bring your contacts and resources within the lower limits. Eligible annual subscriptions or Unlimited monthly include a free migration service; that benefit does not turn free migration into a feature of every free account.
Systeme.io charges no platform transaction fees, but payment processors charge their own fees. Paid traffic, custom domain registration and optional services may also cost money. The platform reduces the need for third-party core tools; it does not make advertising or every business expense free.
Our recommendation is to test your offer organically first. Spending on paid traffic is easier to assess once your checkout, delivery and follow-up work. For a broader understanding, compare free access and lifetime-deal claims.
